 General Policies 

Please find the terms & conditions for Rincon Beach Resort Below:

HOTEL POLICIES
1.    Must be 21 years old or older with a government issue Id.
2.    Check in time is at 4pm and check out time is at 11am. 
3.    Late check out with an extra fee, based on availability until 3pm. Must verify with front desk. If checking out later than 3pm, full charge, equivalent to a full night’s rate applicable.
4.    9% Government tax and 13% resort fee not included.
5.    All reservations will be confirmed via email.
6.    Cancellations must be 72 hours prior arrival. One-night penalty will apply for cancellations received within the 72 hours of the arrival date.
7.    No pets permitted in resort except eye-seeing service dogs. Pets that provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify under the ADA.
8.    Non- smoking property including rooms. Therefore, if you need to smoke, please consult the reception for information regarding designated smoking areas.
9.   Personal music players may not be used in any of the common areas, including the pool area. If you absolutely must listen to your music while outside of your room, you must use headphones.
10.  Room preferences and special requests (i.e. location or room assignment) are not guaranteed and are subject to availability at the time of check in.
11. Pool hours from 9am to 9pm.
12.  Coolers are not permitted in the property.
